Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after order has been placed, unless otherwise stated by the Owner or Staff of 55 & Naturally Wild.

For local deliveries in the Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo areas of Ontario, a suitable delivery time will be arranged with the customer and Owner or Staff of 55 & Naturally Wild.

Expedited or Rush shipping will be processed first, as they are received.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our Industry and the products we sell, there are no refunds/returns, except for Packaging (Jars and Bottles) Biodegradable (paper) Jars and Tubes are not included in the return/refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis. Should your case be approved, we will contact you directly via email or phone and make arrangements. We reserve the right to decline returns/refunds at any time.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@55naturallywild.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
